Construction Project Manager

**Pay Range:** Based on qualifications **Benefits Eligible:** Yes **Work Schedule:** Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. **Travel:** Not required **Position Introduction:** We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee projects, including building renovations, MEP system replacements, elevator replacements, roof replacements, paving projects, interior finish upgrades, building envelope rehabilitation, and more. This position is responsible for managing project schedules and budgets, while coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders. In this role, you will conduct site visits, manage bid solicitations, and ensure projects are completed in a safe, timely and cost-effective manner.
