Even in stressful situations you keep track of everything and actively help us offer our guests unforgettable culinary experiences. You prepare your shifts independently, organise your mise en place efficiently and ensure that all work processes are structured, clean and carried out professionally. In addition, you are actively involved in shaping our menu, bring in creative ideas and continuously develop existing dishes. You lead a small team at your station, supervise trainees and commis and support them in their professional and personal development. As a reliable point of contact, you ensure a motivating team atmosphere and a strong sense of togetherness in the kitchen.
