Creative Design Sales Specialist | York, PA | Full Time

Print-O-Stat is seeking a highly motivated Creative Design Sales Specialist to develop and manage a portfolio of accounts within the Creative Division. Based in York, PA, this role covers a regional sales territory that includes markets such as Gettysburg, Mechanicsburg, Harrisburg, Lancaster, and King of Prussia, with opportunities to build customer relationships and expand business throughout the region.

This role focuses on understanding client business needs, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting Print-O-Stat’s signage, commercial printing, promotional products and apparel. The ideal candidate has a strong sales mindset, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to grow existing accounts while developing new business.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and manage a portfolio of accounts by building customer relationships and understanding client needs.

• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities throughout the assigned sales territory.

• Build long-term client relationships, strengthen customer loyalty, and maximize sales opportunities with existing accounts.

• Plan and prioritize sales activities to meet revenue, contribution, and margin goals.

• Provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.

• Maintain accurate client information and sales activity records in the CRM.

• Coordinate with production, client services, delivery, and other departments to support client projects and workshops.

• Collaborate with internal teams to manage accounts, support sales opportunities, and meet business goals.

• Build relationships through industry networking, events, and social media to promote Print-O-Stat’s services and brand.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
