Scheduling & Workload:
- Shift Lengths: 12-hour shifts 6:30a-6:30p and 6:30p-6:30a
- Annual Clinical Hours Expectations: 1956 hours/ 13-14 shifts per month
- Shift Distribution: Shared equally among physicians
Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: $215.25 per hour
- Annual comp $421,029 - $421,029
- Incentives: Evening and Weekend incentives
- Signing bonus negotiable
