Your responsibilities
- Managing customer orders and ensuring their timely and accurate processing
- Acting as the main point of contact for customers regarding orders, deliveries, invoices, payments, and shipment updates
- Collaborating with internal departments such as Logistics, Finance, Procurement, and Customer Service to ensure seamless operations
- Preparing and maintaining electronic documentation and business records
- Monitoring order status and proactively resolving any issues or discrepancies
- Supporting process improvements and contributing ideas to enhance operational efficiency
- Delivering high-quality customer service while maintaining strong business relationships
Our requirements
- Fluent English (minimum B2 level)
- Proficiency in one of the following languages: German, Dutch, French, Czech, Spanish, Italian, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish
- Very good knowledge of MS Office package
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent attention to detail
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Administration, Logistics, Procurement, Purchasing, or a similar operational role will be considered an advantage

- Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems
