Description
Amazon Leo is Amazon's low Earth orbit satellite network. Our mission is to deliver fast, reliable broadband connectivity to customers beyond the reach of existing networks. From households to small businesses, schools, hospitals, and government agencies, Amazon Leo will serve communities and organizations operating in places without dependable internet access.
Amazon Leo is seeking a Customer Success Manager to support North America consumer partnerships, helping operationalize sales channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. In this role, you will serve as a key relationship point of contact for consumer partners, responsible for supporting a seamless launch experience, improving operational processes, and contributing to mutual business outcomes. The ideal candidate brings experience managing customer-facing partnerships in telecommunications or technology environments, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams, deliver data-driven recommendations, and navigate ambiguity where problems and solutions may not yet be defined.
Key job responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day channel operations for Consumer Partnerships, serving as a primary point of contact with partner teams and senior customer contacts
- Support the operationalization of the sales channel by improving processes, systems, playbooks, and reporting to support partner-driven customer acquisition
- Drive day-to-day partner operations including performance tracking, escalation resolution, and continuous improvement of the partner experience
- Collaborate with partners to develop data-driven plans that set clear goals, milestones, and success metrics aligned to customer growth and adoption targets
- Identify and mitigate immediate partnership risks, making trade-offs between time and return, escalating appropriately and clearing blockers to maintain progress
- Prepare clear and concise program updates, performance readouts, and status communications for management, translating partnership dynamics into actionable summaries
- Support Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Business Reviews; measure and forecast attainment against goals utilizing dashboards and tools to derive well-vetted analysis
- Improve project and process efficiency by optimizing cross-team processes, refining playbooks, and contributing to mechanisms that improve team efficacy and delivery
- Collaborate effectively across Business Development, GTM, Product, Operations, and other teams, influencing internal and external stakeholders, project plans, and priorities to deliver for customers
- Serve as a customer advocate internally — organizing, analyzing, and surfacing partner feedback in the correct channels to drive improvements to processes, tools, and products
- Collaborate with customers to develop data-driven, long-term plans that drive adoption of growth-generating products and a positive customer experience
- Provide recommendations to partners that drive return on investment (ROI)
Export Control Requirement:
Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
