Data Engineer

You will build and maintain market datasets, scrapers, and source integrations. You will develop pricing and valuation models, ship tested analysis code, monitor market developments, help shape index methodology, and publish clear research and visualizations. You will own projects from initial question through data collection, modeling, and publication.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain datasets covering providers, data center capacity, hardware, offers, and executed transactions
• Develop scrapers and integrations for new data sources
• Develop models for forward curves, payback periods, total cost of ownership, and residual value analysis
• Write, test, and review analysis code in data repositories
• Track market and competitive developments and flag important changes
• Help design and validate index methodology
• Create charts, notes, and research for customer-facing and internal use
• Own projects from data collection through modeling and publication
