Data Scientist

Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Data Scientist with strong front-end and AI application development skills who can bridge the gap between advanced AI models and user-facing applications, ensuring that matching and recommendation results are intuitive, transparent, and actionable for end users.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop user interfaces for presenting matching engine results, including:

  • Job positioning recommendations

  • Profile robustness assessments

  • Job and training recommendations

  • Career pathway suggestions

• Integrate these interfaces into the Citizen Single File and related user portals for citizens, advisors, employers, and partners.

• Develop explainable AI visualizations by presenting:

  • Matching criteria

  • Skills gaps

  • Ranking logic and recommendation priorities

• Create dashboards and reporting tools covering:

  • Data quality metrics

  • Test results

  • Usage statistics

  • Performance indicators

• Collaborate closely with business users and stakeholders through workshops, demonstrations, testing sessions, and feedback gathering.

• Ensure accessibility and multilingual support across all interfaces.

• Contribute to the development of the matching engine itself, including:

  • Matching and reranking logic

  • API contracts

  • Containerized applications

  • Solution validation and testing

• Support maintenance, documentation, and knowledge transfer activities through the end of 2027.

Key Requirements:

• Recent experience as a Data Scientist or similar role.

• Strong experience with:

  • Microsoft Azure AI

  • Azure AI Search

  • Microsoft Fabric

  • Front-End Development & Integration

  • Python

  • R

• Experience building end-to-end AI applications.

• Ability to design user-friendly interfaces for AI-driven products.

• Experience with data visualization, reporting, and dashboard development.

• Understanding of recommendation engines, search technologies, and AI explainability concepts.

• Experience working with APIs and containerized solutions.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Dynamics CRM integrations.

• Experience working on recommendation, matching, HRTech, employment, or training-related platforms.

• Knowledge of accessibility and multilingual application design.
