As a Data Steward, you will not just monitor data quality. You will help shape standards, solve real data challenges and collaborate across teams to make data more reliable, understandable and valuable for the business. What you´ll do Shaping Digital Solutions: Identify and assess business needs for new digital tools and enhancements to ensure they deliver meaningful business value. Turn those needs into clear requirements and use cases, support prioritization, and collaborate with technical teams to shape the solution. Data governance: Establishes common business definitions and rules and ensures they are documented in the data catalog. Defines principles for how data is shared and used within the domain. Clarifies data ownership and accountability across key data assets. Acts as a bridge between business teams, data and IT teams, analytics, and compliance. Operations: Defines data quality requirements, KPIs, and reporting standards. Monitors data quality, particularly for Critical Data Elements, and sets data quality targets. Identifies the root causes of data quality issues and coordinates their resolution.
