Delivery Manager & Team Lead

Communardo has around 500 experts across Europe, combining strong local customer relationships in the Nordics with deep specialist knowledge across the group. Do you get your energy from making delivery work — for the customer, for the consultants and for the business at the same time?
As Business Unit Lead, you split your time evenly between two roles. Half of it you are Delivery Manager for your customer engagements: you staff them with the right consultants — from your own team and from across our organization — and make sure customers get what was promised. The other half you are Team Lead for your own group of consultants, responsible for their development, salary and wellbeing.

• Staff your engagements with the right consultants and plan ahead across current and upcoming work.
• Keep CWR / utilization healthy for your team and your engagements and contribute to healthy utilization across Communardo Sweden.
• Be the customer’s direct line for delivery: track status, scope and contracts, spot risks early and handle escalations.
• Work closely with the other Team Leads so staffing and consultant development support each other.
• Flag sellable capacity to the Country Sales Manager and support Sales with staffing of new opportunities and proposals.

• Solid experience from Atlassian consulting or professional services — credible with both customers and consultants on Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence and Atlassian Cloud.
• Experience from resources, delivery or engagement management, with responsibility for staffing, utilization and customer delivery.
• Experience as a people leader for consultants.
• Comfort with the numbers: CWR / utilization, capacity, forecasting and margin.
• The ability to balance many engagements, people and priorities — and to make clear staffing decisions that hold up.
• Strong communication skills in Swedish and English and based in or near one of our locations.
• Experience from an Atlassian Solution Partner, Cloud migrations, ITSM/ESM or Atlassian AI/Rovo is a plus.
