Deputy Construction Project Delivery Services Manager

We are looking for a **Project Manager** to join our project in the Southwest where we are a delivery partner on a key infrastructure project. This is a unique opportunity to be involved in one of the most complex and challenging projects in the UK today, where you will be responsible for document control. **You will be required to work on site 3-4 days per week.** - Manage an ECI Contract with the Main Works Contractor - Deputise as required for the Project Construction Delivery Support Manager - Provide contractual support for construction delivery and functional teams. - Support the project by tracking contract health and assisting the delivery and functional teams in maintaining that health - Liaise with the wider DRDL functions to ensure that 10 Dock and the supply chain align with relevant processes and procedures and that these are appropriately instructed. - Carry out other project and non-project related activities as required **Knowledge, Skills, and Experience** **Essential** - Several years’ experience in a similar role in construction - Experience in the use of construction contracts - Highly organised with an attention to detail. - Ability to plan and prioritise own workload. - Able to work effectively to deadlines - Ability to communicate effectively with peers and other disciplines in both verbal and written - Good interpersonal skills and team worker - The successful Candidate will either be a current holder of Security Check (SC) or Developing Vetting (DV) Clearance, or have the ability and be willing to obtain security clearance required for the role. **Desirable** - Proven experience in major construction projects - Experience in the administration of NEC contracts **Essential** - Construction related degree **Desirable** - NEC PM accreditation #LI-JO1
