- Strong foundations in design, with an outstanding eye for hierarchy, composition, typography, color, spacing, layout, imagery, and attention to detail.
- Proactively identify process gaps, propose solutions, and embrace ambiguity as an opportunity to innovate.
- Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), plus familiarity with generative AI tools (Adobe Firefly, Freepik, ChatGPT).
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs, and iterating them based on stakeholder, user, or technical feedback.
- Deep understanding of responsive design principles, usability heuristics, information architecture, accessibility, and web performance best practices.
- Clear, structured communicator who can explain design decisions, manage feedback, and keep projects on track across multiple stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3; JavaScript, CMS experience such as WordPress, animation, and motion-design skills are nice to have.
- Intermediate oral and written English (B1), mainly for internal communication.
- Comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day work and genuinely interested in staying up to date with emerging AI capabilities.
