Digital Marketing and Content Specialist

We are looking for a proactive Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to work on internal company projects in the beauty and aesthetic medicine industry.

The main goal of this role is to effectively manage advertising campaigns, optimize marketing budgets, and find scalable solutions to drive consistent sales growth.

Responsibilities
Setting up and managing advertising campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads
Analyzing and optimizing advertising performance
Managing and optimizing advertising budgets
Developing advertising creative concepts and campaign ideas
Preparing reports and analyzing campaign results
Working with marketing tools and integrations (Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Merchant Center)
Staying up to date with modern digital marketing trends
Collaborating with the team on marketing content planning
Contributing to company sales growth

Requirements
1+ year of experience in digital marketing / performance marketing
Practical experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
Basic understanding of GTM, Google Analytics, and Google Merchant Center
English level: B2 or higher
Analytical mindset and result-oriented approach
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have
Experience working with e-commerce projects
Basic understanding of SEO optimization
