Director of Finance (Regional VP of Finance)

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead the Company's budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and reliable financial reporting, including financial statements, contract schedules, and management reports.
• Provide strategic financial leadership to support operational performance, profitability, and business growth.
• Manage financial risks, insurance programs, working capital, and key financial performance metrics.
• Drive cost control initiatives and continuous improvements in cash flow, operational efficiency, and profitability.
• Support investment decisions, capital allocation strategies, and growth initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations, accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS), and corporate policies.
• Maintain a robust internal control environment and continuously enhance financial processes and procedures.
• Lead, develop, and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, legal advisors, insurers, bonding providers, and other key external stakeholders.
• Partner closely with Regional Management to implement effective reporting strategies and provide financial insight into sales performance, project execution, and business results.
• Actively contribute as a member of the Regional Leadership Team and Executive Leadership Team, supporting the Company's strategic direction, governance, and long-term success.

Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.

10+ years of financial reporting experience.

5+ years of management experience.

Certifications, Licenses, Etc.

Preferred: CPA
