End-to-end ownership of efficient, compliant and business-oriented HR processes along the employee lifecycle.
Standardization of HR services, service catalogues and service levels to improve quality, speed and reliability for the business.
Analysis of global HR structures to identify optimization and efficiency opportunities.
Close collaboration with the People Technology Team to drive innovative automation, ticketing and digital HR solutions.
Translating business requirements into global HR solutions.
