Description
- Take full responsibility for the operational management of the Front Office, Security, and Housekeeping departments.
- Develop, implement, and maintain Rooms Division operational standards to ensure guest satisfaction and compliance with brand service standards.
- Monitor guest room quality, cleanliness standards, and maintenance of facilities and equipment to continuously enhance the guest experience.
- Manage departmental budgets, cost control initiatives, and operational efficiency to achieve hotel business objectives.
- Regularly analyze guest feedback, service quality, and operational data, and implement improvement plans accordingly.
- Lead recruitment, training, performance management, and talent development for the Rooms Division team.
- Collaborate closely with Food & Beverage, Sales, Engineering, and other departments to ensure smooth overall hotel operations.
- Effectively handle VIP arrivals, guest complaints, and emergency situations while maintaining the hotel's brand image and reputation.
