Director of School Nutrition

JOB SUMMARY: Under limited supervision, the Director of School Nutrition will establish and implement the strategic policies, practices and procedures to ensure school cafeterias are providing nutritionally adequate meals to school aged children meeting the reimbursable meal requirements in accordance with Federal law, North Carolina State Board regulations and Union County Board of Education policies.
