District Supervisor – Buildings and Grounds

• Minimum of a High School Diploma required.
• Current Certified Educational Facilities Manager (CEFM), or eligibility in accordance with N.J.18A:17-50
• Valid New Jersey Driver's License
• Black Seal Boiler License
• Knowledge of building maintenance, custodial and grounds services
• Knowledge of computer-based record keeping systems
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance practices and procedures
• Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent in consultation with the Board may find appropriate and acceptable
• Required criminal history clearance

• Salary - $82,000
