Driver (Class C)
Description
When a person experiences a brain injury, everything that makes them who they are can be affected, their memories, identity, independence, relationships, and sense of self. Recovery is personal, unpredictable, and rarely follows a straight path. That’s why our work demands more than conventional care. It takes people who think on their feet, push beyond the obvious answers, and remain committed to progress even when faced with challenges.
As a member of our direct care team, you’ll play an essential role in each patient’s recovery journey, providing the daily support, encouragement, and compassionate care that help individuals regain independence, build confidence, and move closer to their goals.
At CNS, we’re a community of PATHfinders, united by a shared purpose to find every path possible toward recovery. We provide the specialized tools, proven methods, and collaborative support to help our team members make a meaningful difference. In return, we ask you to bring all of yourself to work that matters at the deepest human level.
Our culture is built around three defining pillars:
Bring Creativity. Every brain injury is unique, and so is every path to recovery. We value resourceful thinkers who embrace challenges, adapt to individual needs, and find creative solutions that help patients rediscover who they can be.
Bring Rigor. We don’t stop at “good enough.” We bring determination, expertise, and an unwavering commitment to excellence to every aspect of rehabilitation. Through teamwork, proven methods, and a shared dedication to progress, we strive to help every patient achieve the most they can.
Disrupt Norms. We believe brain injury rehabilitation should never be one-size-fits-all. We challenge expectations, push beyond limitations, and continuously seek better ways to restore independence and quality of life. At CNS, you’ll work alongside passionate professionals who are helping redefine what’s possible in recovery.
Here, your individuality is valued, your professional growth is encouraged, and your contributions have the power to change lives.
