Elementary English as a Second Language (ESL) Teacher – 1.0 FTE
2026-2027 School Year

Windom Area Schools is seeking a dedicated Elementary ESL Teacher for the 2026–2027 school year. The successful candidate will provide instruction to English language learners, assess student progress, and communicate with parents/guardians to support student growth and achievement.

POSITION SUMMARY:

• Will be responsible for developing lesson plans, conducting classroom instruction, evaluating, and assessing both instructional material and student performance.
• Responsible for communicating student progress with parents/guardians and reporting student performance for local and state records.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's (BA/BS) degree required.
• Minnesota teaching license with the appropriate grade level and subject area certification required.
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in a job-related field.

SALARY RANGE:

• Union contract salary range based on education, experience, and qualifications: $50,319 - $62,319
