ABOUT THE ROLE
As Procurement Centre of Excellence Lead, you will drive a major regional savings program while building the foundations of a high-performing Procurement Centre of Excellence. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Procurement and other business functions to deliver sustainable value and strengthen procurement capabilities across the region.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead and coordinate a large-scale EMEA indirect cost reduction program.
- Establish governance, reporting and performance management processes.
- Drive implementation of procurement and business initiatives to ensure measurable financial impact.
- Develop common sourcing methodologies, tools and best practices across EMEA.
- Enhance procurement performance through analytics, digital solutions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support capability development and knowledge sharing across procurement teams.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Procurement, Finance, Engineering or Supply Chain.
- Senior experience in procurement transformation, operational improvement, strategic sourcing or PMO leadership.
- Experience building procurement governance frameworks or Centres of Excellence.
- Experience with procurement analytics and digital procurement tools.
- Proven track record leading complex change and cost transformation programs.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
- Excellent communication and project leadership skills.
- Fluent in English – any additional European language is a plus
