Employee Relations Specialist

Salary: $50,000/yr.

In the Employee Relations Specialist role, you will help this company in its commitment to serve others by evaluating and responding to employee relations inquiries with a high level of customer focus and sensitivity.

Determine the appropriate investigative course of action based on the outcome of research and provide conclusions using information gathered during the course of the evaluation
Write a timely, thorough investigation report for submission to Compliance team
Provide follow up with appropriate actions if claim is substantiated
Update the case report with details/results of the investigation
Capture information in case management system and provide analytic data

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree required
2 to 4 years of experience in Human Resources and Investigations preferred
Must be customer-service focused
Excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving, analytic, and communication skills
Ability to multi-task and maintain a high level of confidentiality
Technically adept, with prior systems experience
Exceptional attention to detail
