Engineering Manager

Role Overview:
- We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team of software engineers, balancing technical direction with people management to deliver high-quality software on time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers.
- Own technical planning, estimation, and delivery for the team's roadmap.
- Conduct performance reviews and support career development.
- Collaborate with Product and other Engineering leads on cross-team initiatives.
- Maintain hands-on technical involvement in architecture decisions.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in a people management role.
- Strong technical background in at least one modern stack (full-stack, back-end, or cloud).
- Experience leading Agile/Scrum teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Technical Stack / Tools:
- Familiarity with modern web/cloud stacks (Node.js, React, AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Jira.
- Confluence.
- Git.
- CI/CD pipelines.
