English Customer Support Advisor

About the role

We are recruiting English-speaking Customer Support Advisors in Covilhã to support international customers by phone and chat. You will handle billing questions, account enquiries and general service requests, aiming to resolve each contact fully on the first attempt. Listening carefully is the foundation of this work.

You need to understand the real issue behind a question, confirm it with the customer and then explain the solution in plain, reassuring language. Every interaction must be recorded accurately in our CRM, which keeps the whole team aligned and helps us improve the service.

Requirements

• fluent English at C1 level or higher, which is the minimum for this role.
• Previous customer service experience is welcome but not essential, since we provide paid training covering our systems, policies and service standards.
• Rotating shifts apply.
• You should be patient, organised and comfortable working with targets while keeping quality high.
