Enterprise National Account Manager

Description

Company Overview

The Compliance Services Organization didn't exist. We built it.

MP1 Solutions pioneered the Compliance Services Organization (CSO) — a new category of operating partner built to replace the fragmented vendor model that has defined compliance programs for decades. Built on the foundation of MedPro Disposal, the nation’s largest privately-held medical waste company serving 35,000+ providers across 48 states over the past 15 years, MP1 Solutions extends that operational infrastructure, vendor network, and customer trust into a category we’re actively building — and leading.

What we do: We operate as the single compliance partner for non-acute healthcare facilities — consolidating every obligation into one coordinated program, assigning one dedicated account manager as the point of accountability, and actively managing the underlying vendor ecosystem through continuous evaluation, negotiation, and optimization on the practice’s behalf.

Why it matters: Regulated facilities across the country are managing compliance the same fragmented way they always have. We’re changing that — and we’re looking for people who want to help build what comes next.

Our technology: We’re actively building the AI infrastructure that sits behind this model — automating compliance tracking, surfacing risks before they become problems, and creating a system that gets smarter with every client we add.

Our impact: Our clients never have to worry about something falling through the cracks — obligations are coordinated, tracked, and documented in one place. We audit costs, eliminate overcharges, and deliver proof of compliance that always keeps practices inspection ready.

Position Overview:

The Enterprise National Account Manager is the single point of accountability for a portfolio of MedPro’s highest-value, multi-site healthcare clients. The role owns each relationship end to end and grows it. It validates service and billing accuracy across every site in each account’s first 90 days. It then sustains trust through executive-level engagement and fast, coordinated issue resolution. It also builds and executes the account strategies that drive upsell, cross-sell, site expansion, and multi-year renewals. Success looks like a portfolio of enterprise clients who feel known, protected, and never surprised at any level of their organization, and a growing book of business built on trust rather than churn. That retention and expansion protects MP1 Solutions’ most significant revenue base and fuels its growth, without compromising the client experience that sets us apart.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end relationship and strategic management of an assigned portfolio of MedPro’s enterprise accounts. Deliver white-glove, executive-level service across complex, multi-location organizations.
  • Lead 90-day onboarding validation for new enterprise accounts across all sites:
    • verify signed services and service addenda by location
    • confirm billing accuracy at the parent and site level
    • validate key contacts (corporate/procurement, onsite, billing, and compliance)
  • Serve as the dedicated liaison and escalation point for service needs across each account’s full footprint. Coordinate resolution across sites and internal teams so that no concern goes unaddressed.
  • Drive retention and CSAT through structured executive engagement: quarterly business reviews, multi-level relationship mapping (executive, procurement, operations, compliance), soliciting feedback, analyzing trends, and executing improvement initiatives.
  • Build and execute strategic account plans for each enterprise client. Analyze whitespace across sites and service lines to find upsell, cross-sell, and site-expansion opportunities.
  • Present tailored solutions and proposals to senior decision-makers. Lead negotiation of multi-site, multi-year contract renewals, upgrades, and expansions, covering pricing, terms, and service commitments, to protect and maximize account value.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Product, Compliance, and Billing teams. Introduce clients to the MedPro client journey and support structure, including the dedicated Customer Manager and the Support/Task Support System.
  • Track and report on growth metrics, renewal pipeline, retention, and revenue expansion against goals, and maintain accurate forecasting in Salesforce. Surface service or process improvements from client feedback and market insights.

Required Qualifications:

  • Years of experience: 5+ years of B2B account management, strategic/key account management, or enterprise sales experience. At least 3 of those years should be spent owning enterprise or strategic accounts with multi-site, multi-stakeholder relationships.
  • Industry background: A proven track record of retaining and expanding high-value accounts, and of meeting or exceeding renewal and revenue-expansion targets on a named enterprise book. Should include experience managing complex, multi-location organizations and negotiating multi-year renewals. A healthcare or multi-location services background is a strong plus.
  • Technical skills: Strong analytical and financial acumen, including comfort with account profitability, pricing, and contract economics. Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), account planning, and pipeline forecasting.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred. Relevant experience is considered in lieu of a degree.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience managing accounts in healthcare or other regulated verticals, such as DSOs/MSOs, ASC networks, FQHCs, multi-location practice groups, and health systems. Regulated waste or compliance services experience is a strong plus.
  • Experience with procurement-led or GPO-influenced renewals, and with confident executive presence in C-suite business reviews and contract negotiations.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $62,000–$70,000
  • Total Compensation at Plan (OTE): $115,000–$135,000, including uncapped commission above plan
  • Career Growth: Clear advancement pathways, mentorship, and ongoing training
  • Health & Wellness: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance for you and your family
  • Work-Life Balance: Generous PTO, paid holidays, and a collaborative, high-energy culture
  • Meaningful Impact: Help healthcare providers improve compliance and focus on patient care

Application Process:

Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a brief sales skills assessment before the initial interview.
