Hydraulics & Pneumatics
- Troubleshoot and repair common pneumatic faults: cylinders, valves, regulators, filters, and tubing; find and fix air leaks.
- Troubleshoot and repair common hydraulic faults: pumps, cylinders, valves, hoses, and reservoirs; monitor fluid level, condition, and cleanliness.
- Read pneumatic and hydraulic schematics.
- Isolate and release stored pressure safely, and LOTO, before any repair.
Documentation & Work Management
- Complete and close-out work orders in the CMMS accurately, including parts used and time.
- Update procedures and preventive maintenance instructions when gaps are found.
- Support parts and inventory accuracy, including cycle counts when assigned.
