Executive Sous Chef - Fuji Speedway Hotel, Unbound Collection by Hyatt

Fuji Speedway Hotel is currently seeking an experienced Executive Sous Chef who will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The goal of Executive Sous Chef is to manage the restaurants and Banquet. The Executive Sous Chef will take council from the Executive Chef to create, implement menu and concepts but position is designed so that individuals will work in a manner that is consistent as that of an independent owner/operator.
