Family Medicine Physician - Sturgeon Bay, WI

• Multispecialty clinic – specialists onsite include Cardiovascular Disease, Orthopedic Surgery, OB/Gyn, Podiatry, Interventional Cardiology, Sports Medicine, Nephrology
• Physical therapy located at a nearby clinic
• Outpatient phone call only of 1:30 supported by nurse triage who take the initial call
• Medical students or residents rotate through Sturgeon Bay, so teaching is an option but not an expectation
• MA or LPN per clinician and one RN (could be more) for triage
• Lab (draw station), Mammo, Pharmacy and Urgent Care located onsite
• Full-time or part-time employed position with benefits and malpractice coverage
