Fashion Business - Marketing Coordinator / Execution Lead
Description
Own the marketing calendar and hands-on execution for a growing e-commerce brand.
$3,000-$4,000 USD/month, full-time, remote, 6am-2pm ET.We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator / Execution Lead.
We've been growing quickly and the team is at max bandwidth. Right now nobody owns the marketing calendar end to end, so dates, handoffs and deliverables get chased at the last minute. This hire exists to take that over and to carry hands-on execution across channels, so the marketing lead can stay focused on strategy. The hope is that the extra capacity helps us act on opportunities we currently have to leave on the table.
This is fundamentally an execution and coordination role rather than a strategic marketing position. The marketing lead sets strategy, launches campaigns and owns budgets.
🗓️ Own and run the marketing calendar, understanding the dates and all the pieces that need to happen to keep things on track
🚀 Support execution on the marketing initiatives the marketing lead rolls out across Meta, the website and wider marketing
🛒 Handle Shopify and e-commerce work, from product launches to quality control before anything goes live
✂️ Edit content for paid marketing purposes, including short-form video and creative variations prepared ready to launch
📧 Ideally take on email marketing and email flows over time, or at least oversee the people doing it
📣 Proactively reach out to the people needed to get things done, keeping the team rowing in the same direction
📋 Capture what's in motion so the team isn't scrambling at the last minute
🤝 Act as the point of contact for launch handoffs between e-commerce, social, production and marketing
Working hours are 6am to 2pm ET, flexible and results focused.
