Fellowship - Talent Acquisition (3-6 months) (m/f/x)

We are looking for Fellows starting in November 2026 for 3 to 6 months.

The role and what you will work on

• Active Sourcing. Your main job: find the candidates who aren’t looking. Learn Boolean search, talent mapping, and outreach from the inside, and hit weekly targets.

• AI sourcing with JARVIS. Hunt with our in-house AI sourcing platform, test its searches, and help make it better.

• Outreach that converts. Write messages that get replies, run first calls, and keep candidates warm through the process.

• End-to-end exposure. Join screens and structured interviews and see how a hire is closed.

• Graduate Recruitment. Open doors at top universities, student clubs, and sports teams. Build relationships with emerging talent.

• ALAIKA Ambassador. You are one of the first faces candidates see. Represent our values, energy, and ambition. Make it count.

What you bring

• Background. Currently studying or graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in any field - at least in your 3rd Bachelor’s semester.

• Competitive record. Competitive sports, sales targets, student-club leadership, or anything else with a scoreboard.

• Relevant experience. First exposure to recruiting, sales, or business development through internships, working student roles, or student initiatives.

• Persuasion. Recruiting is selling. Prove you could sell sand in the desert.

• Analytical skills. Data-driven by default. Use metrics to optimize, not just report.

• Language proficiency. Fluent in English; German and any additional languages are a plus.
