Our client is a financial data and research company providing insights and technology solutions for Pakistan's financial markets.

About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to keep our B2B client work running smoothly, from contracts through to meeting coordination and follow-up.The ideal candidate understands financial processes, is comfortable with documentation and deadlines, and enjoys keeping multiple client relationships organized.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, send, and track client agreements and contracts from draft to signature
• Follow up on outstanding agreements and resolve delays with clients
• Coordinate general B2B operations across internal teams and external clients
• Schedule and organize client meetings, calls, and internal reviews
• Maintain accurate records of agreements, invoices, and client communications
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to onboarding and billing workflows

Requirements

• Background in finance, accounting, or business administration
• ACCA qualification preferred (affiliate or finalist level welcome)
• Females will be given priority
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
