Fire Fighter/Emergency Medical Technician - 2nd shift

Responsibilities\:
 Respond to all emergencies IAW organizational policies and procedures.
 Operate various emergency equipment required by the Scope of Practice.
 Inspect all emergency equipment, apparatuses, and personal protective equipment IAW organizational policies, procedures, and manufacturers recommendations.
 Conduct inspections IAW FM Global and organizational policies and procedures.
 Conduct inspections of fire extinguishers, fire hydrants, and associated fire protections systems IAW organizational policies and procedures.
 Assist with Public Fire Prevention and Education Programs to include but not limited to\: Fire extinguisher training and fire drills.
 Participate in required training programs to meet the above certification standards. This may include specialized training for equipment purchased to perform required duties.
 Maintain all professional certifications.

Outcomes\:
 Ensures all reports, documents and records are completed IAW organizational policies and procedures.
 Properly plan, respond, mitigate and recover from multiple types of emergency situations as outlined by the Scope of Services.
 Properly inspect, maintain, and operate all provided emergency equipment IAW organizational policies, procedures, and manufacturers recommendations.
 Demonstrate professional conduct at all times.
