Kitchen Assistant (Part-Time)

Deerfield Community School is seeking a dependable, energetic, and team oriented individual to join our Food Services team. If you enjoy working in a fast paced environment, preparing healthy meals for students, and being part of a supportive school community, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities include:

• Assist with the preparation and serving of breakfast and lunch.
• Prepare food items following established recipes and food safety guidelines.
• Serve meals to students and staff in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen, serving, and dining area.
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Assist with stocking and organizing food and supplies.
• Follow all local, state, and federal food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Work collaboratively as a member of the Food Services team.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

This is a part-time, school year position offering the opportunity to make a positive impact on students each day while working alongside a dedicated and supportive team.
