• High School Diploma or Equivalency Certificate required
• Ability/willingness to learn/participate in food preparation inventory and ordering or other assigned work related duties
• Ability/willingness to work the cash register
• Competent performance in/demonstrates ability to learn the following:
  • Follow standardized recipes
  • Adjust recipes for desired yield
  • Use food bying guide
  • Complete paperwork with meal counts and food items used
• Ability to step into a supervisory role if needed
• Specialist: $19.88 - $22.17 hourly, depending on years of service
