About the Role
Join a small, high-caliber team building AI-powered workflows for private-market operations. You will lead technical delivery from customer discovery through production launch, translating operational needs into practical solutions and bringing deployment insights back into the product.
What You'll Do
Manage technical delivery across the project lifecycle, from discovery through production.
Work directly with customer teams to map workflows and identify adoption barriers.
Convert customer processes into AI-driven workflows using the platform.
Build and rapidly iterate on tailored prototypes, adjusting scope based on customer feedback.
Bring deployment insights into product planning and develop reusable approaches for recurring needs.
What We're Looking For
Production experience shipping software, with approximately 1 to 6 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js, including NestJS, Postgres, Prisma, and React.
Experience working directly with customers to scope, prototype, and iterate on technical solutions, such as in forward-deployed or solutions engineering roles.
Ability to own technical delivery end to end and work closely in person with a founding team.
Empathy for private-market operations workflows; financial operations or private-markets experience is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: €70,000 to €110,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
Location
On-site in Berlin, Germany.
