About the role
Tenex delivers AI consulting to Fortune 500 companies. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will work directly with enterprise clients to design and implement AI solutions that solve real business problems.

What you'll do

• Embed with Fortune 500 clients to understand their AI needs
• Design and build custom AI solutions
• Translate business requirements into technical deliverables
• Travel monthly to client sites
• Collaborate with internal engineering and data science teams

What we're looking for
Essential

• 3+ years of software engineering or solutions engineering experience
• Strong Python and AI/ML fundamentals
• Excellent client-facing communication skills
• Green card or citizen preferred. H-1B transfer possible. New H-1B is a hard sell
• Must be onsite 5 days in NYC

Nice to have

• Consulting experience
• Enterprise AI deployment experience
