Forward Deployed Product Manager

About the Role

Join a Series A to D AI company as a Forward Deployed Product Manager, owning the customer lifecycle for AI voice agents from deployment through expansion. You will connect customers with the product team, turning business needs into effective agent experiences and helping establish how this function operates as the team grows.

What You'll Do

• Own customer relationships end to end, learning their business needs, scoping deployments, and improving agents over time.

• Lead strategic conversations with customer decision-makers, communicate agent value and ROI, and demonstrate business impact with data.

• Investigate agent behavior on individual calls, debug issues, customize conversation flows, and address compliance needs.

• Bring customer feedback and unmet needs to the product team and help shape product capabilities.

• Develop playbooks and operating standards for the growing forward deployed product function.

What We're Looking For

• At least 5 years of product management experience, including substantial customer-facing work at a startup.

• Experience in product management, solutions engineering, consulting, computer science, or data science, with a track record of working directly with customers.

• Strong product intuition and technical depth, including understanding product concepts and basic debugging.

• Comfort with data analysis, customer ROI discussions, and drawing practical conclusions from metrics.

• Familiarity with AI workflow tools such as Cursor and ChatGPT, and tools such as Claude Code and SQL.

• Experience in B2B SaaS or regulated sectors such as lending, financial services, or healthcare is relevant.

• Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with ambiguity and end-to-end ownership.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $150,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
