Scale language model experiences across voice, SMS, and email while maintaining consistent, personalized conversations.
Evaluate emerging agent tools and research, and incorporate useful capabilities into the product.
What We're Looking For
Zero to four years of experience as a software engineer, agent engineer, or applied AI engineer.
Hands-on experience building production conversational agents and agent harnesses at scale, beyond prototypes or personal projects.
Experience developing evaluation and tracing infrastructure for AI agents.
