As a Member of Technical Staff, you’ll work closely with the founders and engineering team to expand our core product and take on new zero-to-one initiatives. You'll work closely with customers, solve challenging technical problems around hardest high-value enterprise tasks, and ship features that create immediate real-world impact. This is a rare opportunity to influence both the technology and culture of a venture-scale company from the early stage.
What you’ll do
- Own technical decisions across the stack, from AI tools to backend architecture and deployment.
- Work on the core product which allows customers to teach agents as they would teach a new hire on specialized knowledge work.
- Solve challenges related to custom agent harnesses, large-scale agent infrastructure, verification of agent outcomes at scale, proactive agents, tribal knowledge elicitation, enterprise AI deployments and more.
- Lead new zero-to-one initiatives for the expansion of the core product offering.
- Collaborate directly with customers and founders to turn feedback into product improvements.
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years of software engineering or research experience; startup or high-growth experience is a plus.
- Strong fundamentals in AI research, AI solutioning, or full-stack engineering and system design.
- Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take projects from an initial idea through delivery.
