# Freelance IT Recruiter ## Job Summary We are looking for experienced recruitment professionals to work as recruiters on either a **full-time** or **part-time** basis with an excellent earning opportunity that is commission-based. This role offers the flexibility to work from home or from our offices. We seek ambitious individuals interested in recruiting on an international basis, with prior recruitment experience, preferably in **IT** or **Engineering**. ## Responsibilities - Manage **full-cycle recruitment** for a host of assigned searches. - Source, screen, schedule, conduct interviews, and process all prospective candidates. - Conduct screening interviews over the phone. - Actively source candidates for open positions/roles using a variety of recruitment methods such as web portals, postings, social networks, databases, referrals, and contacts. ## Qualifications - Minimum of **1-10 years** of recruiting experience. - **IT/Engineering recruitment** experience preferred. - Extensive sourcing experience using **social networks**, **research**, and personal networks. - Fluency in **English**. - Proficient in **Microsoft Office**. - Proven ability to manage candidate scheduling and stakeholder communication effectively. ## Preferred Skills - Experience managing expectations with hiring managers. - Effective communication skills across all levels. - Capability to work successfully within a team as well as independently. - Proactive and hands-on attitude toward work. - Ability to partner with hiring managers to gather requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies. ## Experience Minimum of **1-10 years** of relevant recruiting experience, with a preference for **IT/Engineering recruitment**. ## Environment Work from home (WFO) or from the company's offices, providing flexibility in the work setting.
