French-Speaking Customer Support Representative

Location: Braga, Portugal

We are currently looking for French-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join international customer service projects in Portugal.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support in French via phone, email and/or chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries, orders, bookings, accounts, payments and general requests.
• Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
• Provide accurate information and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Escalate more complex cases when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Meet quality, productivity and customer satisfaction targets.

Requirements

• French: C1/C2 level – excellent written and spoken communication.
• English: minimum B2 level.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented attitude and professional approach.
• Good computer literacy and ability to work with different systems.
