Position Overview
Woodhouse Spa is seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and guest-focused Front Desk / Events Coordinator to join our team. This dual-role position is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while coordinating and executing spa events, group bookings, and special occasions.
The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and passionate about hospitality, customer service, and event planning. This individual will play an important role in maintaining daily front desk operations while identifying opportunities to increase guest engagement, event bookings, and overall spa revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional, and personalized experience.
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Educate guests on spa services, packages, memberships, and retail products.
- Process payments, gift card purchases, and other transactions accurately.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate spa events
- Collaborate with spa management and service providers to ensure events run smoothly.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and prospective guests.
- Collaborate with management on promotional initiatives and seasonal events.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and reception area.
- Address guest concerns professionally and collaborate with management to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Support daily spa operations and assist team members as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and event ideation.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in working with spas, beauty, or wellness brands is a plus.
- Creative, self-motivated, and driven to produce results.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in public relations, influencer marketing, or content creation.
