# Front End Engineer ## Job Summary We are seeking talented Front End Engineers with a strong background in React and prior experience in startup environments, particularly those with founding or early-stage team experience. As a Front End Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in building responsive, high-quality user interfaces that drive business outcomes and enhance user satisfaction. Your entrepreneurial experience will help shape product direction and foster innovation within our dynamic team. ## Responsibilities - Develop, test, and maintain high-quality web applications using React.js. - Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences. - Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into efficient, reusable, and scalable code. - Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability. - Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and contribute to overall product strategy. - Leverage your startup and founding experience to provide unique insights into product development and team growth. ## Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 1 year of professional front-end development experience. - Proficiency in React.js and core front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6+). - Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, MobX, etc.). - Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. ## Preferred Skills - Experience working in a startup environment, especially as a founder or core team member. - Familiarity with TypeScript and modern build tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.). - Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library). - Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and agile development methodologies. - Understanding of UX/UI principles and accessibility standards. - Experience with version control systems, especially Git. - Ability to mentor junior developers or lead small teams. ## Experience - Minimum 1 year of relevant front-end development experience. - Prior experience in startups or high-growth environments, with a preference for those who have been founders or early-stage contributors. ## Environment - Fast-paced, collaborative, and entrepreneurial work setting. - Flexibility in work location (remote, hybrid, or in-office options may be available; to be discussed during the interview process). - Regular interaction with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation. ## Salary - Estimated salary range: ₹2,000,000 and above (final amount to be discussed based on experience and fit). ## Deadline - Application Deadline: May 30, 2025 ## Type - Full-Time - Immediate Start
