# Frontend Engineer ## Company Overview Revspot is an innovative and fast-growing company focused on **Revenue Intelligence** for B2C companies. We’re building the next generation of AI-powered tools to transform how businesses qualify leads, drive conversions, and gain market insights. ## Job Summary We are looking for a **Frontend Engineer** who can partner closely with our product and AI teams to shape and build user-facing features that bring our AI agents to life. In this role, you will contribute to building intuitive, high-performance, and scalable interfaces for our AI-driven platform, ensuring seamless user experiences that drive real business outcomes in Sales and Marketing. ## Responsibilities - Build responsive, performant, and maintainable **User Interfaces (UIs)** using **React** and associated frameworks/tools. - Translate product requirements and designs into high-quality frontend components. - Collaborate closely with AI and Backend teams to integrate agent features and data flows. - Ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and responsive design. - Take ownership of the frontend architecture and advocate for best practices. - Monitor frontend performance and iterate to ensure optimal user experience. - Contribute to the overall product and technology vision at an early stage. ## Qualifications - **3+ years** of experience building production-level frontend applications. - Expertise in **React.js**, **TypeScript**, **JavaScript (ES6+)**, **HTML5**, and **CSS3**. - Experience with state management tools (e.g., **Redux**, **Zustand**, **Recoil**). - Familiarity with API integration, **WebSockets**, and **RESTful services**. - Solid understanding of modern frontend build tools (e.g., **Webpack**, **Vite**, **Babel**). - Strong **UI/UX instincts** with a focus on performance and polish. - Experience working in fast-paced, product-driven environments. - Bonus: experience in early-stage startups or working on data/AI-driven platforms. ## Preferred Skills - Experience with testing frameworks and tools (e.g., **Jest**, **React Testing Library**). - Knowledge of **GraphQL** and its integration with frontend applications. ## Experience - Minimum of **3 years** of relevant experience in frontend development. ## Environment - Location: **Bengaluru** (In-office work policy). - Work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with high ownership from Day 1. ## Salary - Estimated salary range of **₹2,500,000 - ₹3,000,000** per annum. ## Growth Opportunities - Opportunity to shape the core experience of a product disrupting revenue workflows. - Work directly with founders and have significant impact on product development. ## Benefits - Competitive salary and flexible work setup. - Be part of a high-agency team building from zero to one.
