Full Stack Developer - GTAA

Red Pico is hiring a frontend-focused Full Stack Developer for GTAA to build web applications for analytics, AI-driven insights, operational dashboards and decision support.

Location: Mississauga, ON. Hybrid, 3 days onsite per week.

Contract: November 2, 2026 to January 22, 2027. Extension is not confirmed.

Responsibilities

- Build responsive web applications with React and TypeScript.

- Create reusable UI components, design systems, dashboards and operational portals.

- Improve performance, accessibility, responsiveness and usability.

- Implement secure authentication and authorization.

- Integrate APIs, analytics platforms and AI-powered services.

- Develop lightweight backend services and middleware, and collaborate on API design and data exchange.

- Work with product, UX, data and platform teams on design, deployment, testing and reliability.

- Gather user feedback and maintain technical documentation and support materials.

Requirements

- 3+ years developing production web applications.

- Strong React, JavaScript, TypeScript and UI/UX experience.

- Experience developing, deploying and supporting applications in Microsoft Azure.

- Frontend architecture and state management with Redux, Zustand, React Query or similar.

- Responsive design, cross-browser compatibility and data-intensive dashboards.

- REST API and GraphQL integration.

- Working knowledge of Node.js, .NET or similar backend technologies.

- Frontend testing, HTML5, CSS3 and secure development practices.

- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
