# Full Stack Developer (Ruby on Rails) ## Company Overview *Company details not specified.* ## Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled **Full Stack Ruby on Rails Developer** with strong expertise in Ruby on Rails, SQL, and JavaScript to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is an independent contributor with strong debugging skills, a problem-solving mindset, and excellent communication. You will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining scalable web applications. ## Responsibilities - Develop, test, and maintain scalable and secure web applications using Ruby on Rails. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. - Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. - Design and optimize SQL queries and database schemas for performance and scalability. - Implement responsive UI features using JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. - Debug and troubleshoot application issues in development and production environments. - Work independently on assigned modules and contribute to overall project goals. - Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers when necessary. - Communicate effectively with team members, product managers, and clients. ## Qualifications - **Ruby**, **Ruby on Rails** (7+ years of hands-on experience) - Strong experience in **SQL** and relational database management systems (**PostgreSQL/MySQL**) - Proficient in **JavaScript**, **HTML**, **CSS**, and **RESTful API** integration - Experience with **Git**, **CI/CD** pipelines, and **Agile** methodology - Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables ## Preferred Skills - Experience with front-end frameworks like **Backbone JS** or **VueJS** - Familiarity with cloud platforms (**AWS**, **Azure**, or **GCP**) - Knowledge of **DevOps** practices and tools (**Docker**, **Jenkins**, etc.) - Familiarity with performance optimization and security best practices ## Experience - 7+ years of relevant experience. ## Environment - Location: **Remote** (Bhilai / Indore) ## Salary - **Budget**: 1.2 LPM (Lakhs Per Month) ## Growth Opportunities *Growth opportunities within the company details not specified.* ## Benefits *Benefits offered are not specified.*
