About the Role

Join an early-stage engineering team building software for autonomous CNC manufacturing facilities. You will develop systems that help factory teams manage operations, monitor equipment, and improve quality across critical supply chains.

What You'll Do

  • Build factory operations software for inventory management, material tracking, and part flow.

  • Develop monitoring software that collects low-latency data from CNC machines and sends instructions to equipment.

  • Create quality management systems to track and improve part quality with micron-level accuracy.

  • Work with machinists on the shop floor to gather feedback and iterate on daily-use software.

  • Design systems that can be replicated across multiple factory sites.

What We're Looking For

  • Two to seven years of full-stack software engineering experience, including strong Python and Django skills.

  • Strong computer science fundamentals and experience building and shipping production software.

  • Experience solving ambiguous problems independently and incorporating feedback from end users.

  • Knowledge of machine learning, including model fine-tuning; experience with computer vision is relevant.

  • Familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes, CAD/CAM, robotics, or IoT and sensor integration.

  • Background in factory, ERP, industrial, hardware-adjacent, or other user-facing software is beneficial.

  • Must be a U.S. citizen and able to work on-site full-time.
