We are looking for a Business Systems / Quality Support Specialist to join an international team supporting business applications and processes across R&D, Quality and Product Development.

This role combines business application support, system testing, incident management and data quality with a strong understanding of the food/FMCG environment, raw materials and supplier quality processes.

You will work closely with business users, Functional Experts and IT teams, supporting systems used across approximately 40 manufacturing sites in Europe and the Middle East.

Your responsibilities

• Providing key user and end-user support for business applications.
• Troubleshooting system issues and supporting incident management and bug resolution.
• Acting as an escalation point for users and cooperating with IT/development teams to resolve more complex issues.
• Supporting system changes through SIT, UAT and end-to-end testing.
• Creating and maintaining test scenarios, test scripts and testing documentation.
• Translating business requirements into functional/technical requirements for IT teams.
• Supporting data quality, business process governance and compliance activities.
• Performing data analysis related to quality, traceability and regulatory queries.
• Supporting system improvements and deployment of new functionalities and capabilities.
• Preparing training materials and providing training and hyper-care support for users.
• Monitoring incident trends and SLAs and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Working closely with stakeholders from R&D, Quality, Product Development and IT.

What we are looking for

• At least 1–2 years of professional experience in business systems, application support, key user support or a similar role.
• Experience within the food/FMCG industry, preferably in a manufacturing, Quality, R&D or Product Development environment.
• Required experience working with raw materials and supplier quality processes.
• Good practical understanding of raw material specifications, supplier quality requirements and quality-related processes.
• Experience in supporting business applications and end users, including troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues.
• Experience with system testing, such as UAT, SIT or end-to-end testing.
• Ability to understand business needs and translate them into system/technical requirements.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to cooperate effectively with both business and IT stakeholders.
• Fluent English.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Previous exposure to systems supporting R&D, Quality, Product Development or Regulatory processes.
• Experience with data analysis, data quality or compliance processes.
• A degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Quality, IT/Systems or a related field.
