The position contributes significantly to the organization's goal of innovating and optimizing user experiences through advanced technology solutions. ## Responsibilities - **AI-Driven Feature Development:** Design and deliver AI-first product features such as contract summarization, semantic search, guided workflows, and benchmarking insights. - **LLM Integration & Orchestration:** Integrate and orchestrate LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral) into product workflows using LangChain, LlamaIndex, or custom orchestration solutions. - **RAG & Vector Search Implementation:** Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and embedding-based search using vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector). - **Rapid Prototyping & Optimization:** Experiment with prompts, models, and workflows to iterate and optimize user-facing outcomes. - **Full-Stack Contribution:** Contribute across the stack: Python for AI workflows, and React + NestJS for seamless product integration. ## Qualifications - **Education:** Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - **Experience:** Strong experience (6–8 years) in full-stack development using React and Node.js (NestJS). - **Technical Skills:** - Hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex). - Knowledge of vector databases and RAG architectures. - Proficiency in prompt engineering and a strong understanding of AI product workflows. - Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate on AI workflows. ## Preferred Skills - Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud. - Familiarity with Docker and container orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes). - Knowledge of additional programming languages or frameworks beyond the specified stack. ## Experience 6–8 years of relevant experience in full-stack development with emphasis on AI applications and technologies. ## Environment The role requires working from 1 PM to 10 PM IST.
