# Associate and Sr Associate L1/L2 GEN AI and Machine Learning Engineer ## Job Summary As an Associate and Sr Associate L1/L2 GEN AI and Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and deploying innovative AI and Machine Learning solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective product features, leveraging advanced deep learning and AI models to contribute to the organization's success. ## Responsibilities - Collaborate with software engineers, business stakeholders, and domain experts to translate business requirements into product features and AI/ML solutions. - Develop, implement, and deploy AI/ML applications and models in a cloud environment such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Preprocess and analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights. - Evaluate, validate, and optimize AI/ML models for accuracy, efficiency, and generalizability. - Monitor and maintain the performance of AI/ML models in production environments, implementing updates as necessary. - Document AI/ML model development processes, results, and lessons learned to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. ## Qualifications - **Education:** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. - **Technical Skills:** - Strong programming skills in languages such as Python and SQL. - Exposure to Generative AI models such as OpenAI, Google Gemini, and Runway ML. - Experience with AI/ML and deep learning solutions using libraries and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, OpenCV, and Keras. - Knowledge of mathematics, probability, and statistics. - Familiarity with a variety of Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and deep learning algorithms. - Experience in developing APIs using Flask/Django. - Good experience in cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). - Exposure to Generative AI, Vector Databases/Embeddings, and Large Language Models (LLMs). - Experience with MLOps tools such as MLFlow, Kubeflow, and CI/CD Pipelines. ## Preferred Skills - Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes is a plus. - Exposure to web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript/JQuery, Node.js, Angular, or React. - Experience in Flask/Django development is considered an advantage. ## Experience - Previous experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining AI/ML applications, with emphasis on deep learning and model optimization. ##
